I’m too lazy to post the exercises I did today. Worked on shoulders, triceps, and abs. Wasn’t able to do the post workout cardio because there was no machines available and I had to leave. Weh :( Tomorrow’s my rest day but I think I’m just going to do some cardio. I used Craze as my preworkout for today. Hopefully it doesn’t cause any insomnia tonight. Got my groceries in for today too! Meh, my posts are boring. I’ll be sure to post up more progress and meals and other fun stuff later on.
